This policy explains what information XMPOUFX may handle when you use the app or this website, why it is handled, and the choices available to you.
This policy applies to the XMPOUFX mobile application and the XMPOUFX marketing website. XMPOUFX provides cryptocurrency prices, RSS news, watchlists or Notebook tools, in-app price checks, and paper-trading simulations.
Your saved assets, Notebook entries, price-check settings, preferences, and paper scenarios are designed to be stored locally on your device. We do not need your name, email address, or XMPOUFX account to provide these features.
When the app requests market data or RSS news, the relevant provider may automatically receive standard connection information such as your IP address, request time, device or browser type, and the requested resource. We do not use these requests to create an XMPOUFX user profile.
If you contact us, we receive the details you include, such as your name, email address, subject, message, and any attachment. Please do not send wallet recovery phrases, private keys, passwords, financial account numbers, or other sensitive financial information.
This static marketing website does not require an account and does not intentionally set advertising cookies. Standard server logs may be created by the hosting provider for security, reliability, and delivery.

XMPOUFX relies on external sources to retrieve cryptocurrency market information and RSS news. Those providers process network requests under their own privacy policies and may operate in different countries. An RSS headline links to content controlled by its original publisher.
Hosting, email, and infrastructure providers may also process limited technical or support data on our behalf. We ask service providers to handle information only for the service they supply, subject to their agreements and applicable law.
Locally stored app information remains on your device until you remove it, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Device backups may retain a copy according to your operating-system and backup settings.
Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain service records, resolve disputes, meet legal requirements, and protect the service. Retention periods vary with the nature of the request and applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Local-first storage reduces the amount of personal content transmitted to us, but no device, network, or storage method is completely secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to request a portable copy. You may also have the right to complain to a local privacy authority.
We may need enough information to verify and fulfill a request, but we will not ask for a wallet key or recovery phrase.
XMPOUFX is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will show a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted in the app or on this website when appropriate.
